These areas are kept clean at all times.       We currently have 14 kennels inside the Animal Control complex.

Dog and cat owners are required to keep their pets from running loose in Mount Carmel.  Your pets also need to be registered at City Hall.  Proof of current rabies vaccination is required to purchase the registration tags.  The cost per registration is $10 if the animal is spayed or neutered and $20 if they are not.  We also have animals available for adoption for a fee of $25.00, which is refundable upon verification of the animal being spayed or neutered.
